Refund & Cancellation Policy

Blossom Home LLC

Effective Date: 1.1/2025

Blossom Home LLC values transparency, respect, and clear communication. The following policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and project changes.

Design Fees & Service Deposits

All design fees, consultation fees, and service deposits are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultations

  • Design concepts or layouts

  • Space planning or organization plans

  • Research, sourcing, or recommendations

These fees compensate for time, expertise, and preparation.

Project Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email.

  • If cancellation occurs before work has begun:
    Any prepaid amount beyond the initial consultation fee may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun:
    No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress services. Any remaining unpaid balances for work already performed will still be due.

Purchases & Materials

Blossom Home LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds for furniture, materials, or products that have been ordered or purchased on behalf of the client.

Any returns, exchanges, or warranties are subject to the policies of the original vendor or manufacturer.

Project Pauses

If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days, Blossom Home LLC reserves the right to:

  • Resume the project based on availability, or

  • Consider the project closed, with a new agreement required to restart work

Scope Changes

Any significant changes to the agreed project scope may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Revised timelines

All changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of Blossom Home LLC.
